This study delves into the pivotal role of thermoregulation as a survival means for preterm babies. The introduction underscores the vulnerability of preterm infants to temperature fluctuations, emphasizing the increased risk of morbidity and mortality associated with thermal instability. Existing literature is reviewed to establish the current knowledge gaps and the imperative need for further investigation in this critical area. The novelty of this research lies in its exploration of innovative interventions to enhance thermoregulation in preterm infants, ultimately contributing to improved clinical outcomes. Through a meticulous methodology, we employed a combination of observational and interventional approaches to assess the efficacy of novel thermoregulatory interventions in a cohort of preterm infants.
